From 5 AM through to 8 PM each day. Live programs in the morning to 8 AM and then from 5 PM to 8 PM. Langar Service to feed those in need, available daily during the day.

Programs can be booked on the telephone by calling 604-521-3111. All other inquiries can be directed to our Office at 604-537-8300 or come visit us at the Office in person from 10am to 1pm or after 5pm.
