The New Westminster Sikh community is one of the oldest and most vibrant communities in the Lower Mainland. Gurdwara Sahib Sukh Sagar has been conducting and participating in many different types of Outreach Programs throughout the Lower Mainland.
Throughout the year we host many camps from within the Sikh community and those outside at the Gurdwara Sahib. Contact us if you would like to visit by yourself, with your family or friends or through school or other groups.
We were honoured to be able to donate 400 sports balls to schools in Burnaby and New Westminster in 2021, as a small token to help youth get through the pandemic.
During our Open House each Summer, we provide a tour of the building, present a multimedia presentation on Sikhism and then visitors wrap-up the even with a free vegetarian meal and some hot chai tea.
